Tips for Export Packages

- Do not over close your package as it will be re opened by the customs authorities
- Check the list of forbidden items frequently
- Check the list of required documentation
- Avoid sending to a house address specially in the US
- Plan your pick up between 8:00 am and 3.30pm to make it on the same day flight
- Never send to a po box address ( exceptionally in the gulf countries) always a full
postal address and zip code
- Always add a phone nbr to contact your consignee
- If you have doubts that your shipment is considered document or non document call
us before you send it to avoid delays.
- If you are sending any type of media , please call us to tell you which documents
to fill
- Foodstuff is forbidden to some destinations.
