Skynet Worldwide Express is using the Internet to interactively communicate with its customers. Our Customer Premise Software (CPS) provides customers, a management tool to their domestic shipments with immediate access to all information about their status, receiver name, date and time of delivery, along with the digital signature.. It also provides proactive customer service able to handle any problem during the delivery process.
The CPS is considered an excellent management tool to control the cost and flow of all logistics operations. It provides all drivers with special data collectors to ensure clients a fast exchange of information.

Domestic Services
The domestic distribution services include document and parcel deliveries based upon the following services:

» NET GOLD: Delivery within 3 hours of pick up
» NET SILVER: Delivery within 6 hours of pick up
» NET BRONZE: Next day delivery

BULK Service
Distribution of large quantities of non-sensitive-to-time shipments within one week or period determined by contract requirements

Messagerie Services
It consist of a regular messagerie service set for companies having more than one branch to exchange courier between offices on fixed days and time. This service is contractual based on a monthly lump sum fee taking into consideration the customer daily requirements.

Domestic Coverage
The Domestic coverage is divided into four tariff zones :

» Beirut: Beirut limits: Dbaye, Khalde, Naccache, Fanar, Mkalles & Baabda
» Suburb: Amchit, Adma, Ajaltoun, Bikfaya, Aley, Doha, Damour, Shoueifat
» Beyond: Covering the main cities outside the suburb zone like Chtaura, Zahle, Baalbeck, Tripoli, Zghorta, Batroun, Chekka, Saida, Sour, Nabatieh
» Far Beyond: Covering all remaining regions
