Import Services for Document, or Parcel
When there is a need to receive a package, document or parcel
from any country and to settle the shipping cost once delivered,
contact our customer service department for rates.
E-mail us your request
or fill out
"Quotation Request"
form. Our Customer Service executive will call you to draw
a contract review and will communicate to you the list of all
documents needed.
Import Conditions
Special requirements for non-document import shipments:
CDs, video tapes, beta cam, cinema reels, passports (national
& international) are subject to import censorship from the
General Security Authorities. Forms required:

Pharmaceuticals are subject to a permit from the Ministry of
Health or from the Pharmacists Syndicate.
Shipments which value more than 600$ are subject to a formal
entry.

Customs regulations
Low value shipments (below 600$) low weights shipments (below
30kg) & perishables are cleared same day upon arrival.
All customs duty amounts are paid upfront and then billed back
to consignees.
Shipments which value less than $ 600.00 are subject to an informal
entry but require nevertheless an informal clearance formality
and are liable to customs duties.
Agricultural products and foodstuff are subject to prior authorization
from the Ministry of Agriculture.
Medicines, chemicals & biological samples are subject to
prior authorization from the Ministry of Health.
Telecommunication equipments such as phones, mobiles, modems
& satellite receivers are subject to prior authorization
from the Ministry of Telecommunication.
High value shipments (above 600$) are subject to formal entry.
All items are subject to customs duties and VAT..

Prohibited items
The following items are not allowed, by law, to enter the Lebanese
territory:
Cash money
Jewelry & precious stones
Postal envelopes
Pornographic material
Military equipments & uniforms
Human remains
Drugs
Items manufactured in or related to Israel
